Fractional CFO Membership Options

Membership provides access to Fractional CFO expertise and support in reaching your pet care business financial goals. An annual commitment is expected to provide the time required to collect business data, identify opportunities and act so you see results.

All memberships include access to our pet care industry specific custom developed Gemstone database – the only tool that integrates all your data (financial, pet reservations/sales, labor hours and payroll) into a KPI summary dashboard with an industry specific standard report set. Gemstone also includes financial planning tools for revenue forecasting, service line profitability, payroll cost control and cash flow planning using your data stored in the database.

You choose the level of CFO ongoing support you and your business need to meet and exceed your financial goals. The CFO will assist you in the annual goal setting process, review your KPI dashboard and provide feedback on progress (review and feedback frequency outlined in Tier Access & Benefits chart).
