Fractional CFO Membership enrollment authorizes Crystal Canine to input and maintain your business financial and operational data within the Gemstone database. This data is necessary to provide fractional CFO services and support your financial goals.
Your data is considered Confidential Information and will only be accessible by you and authorized Crystal Canine personnel. We do not disclose your individual results to third parties without written consent.
Crystal Canine reserves the right to compile aggregate data from the Gemstone database for use as Pet Care Industry Statistics. Aggregated data is anonymous and may be published or monetized by Crystal Canine.
We maintain commercially reasonable security measures and will retain your financial data for as long as your account is active or as required by law.

Fractional CFO Membership Policy
Membership requires providing access to your point-of-sale, financial, timeclock and payroll data systems. Any access provided is used solely for data setup and ongoing maintenance within Gemstone.
Members agree to timely provide onboarding data. Delays on the member’s part do not constitute grounds for refund. Crystal Canine may offer fee adjustments for delays on its part.
Multi-location businesses must register each location separately. Coaching sessions do not accrue if unused and responsibility for booking sessions rest solely with the member.
Changing software during membership requires 30 days’ notice and incurs a $195 re-onboarding fee per system.
Refund and Return Policy
Crystal Canine strives to provide high-quality digital products, educational programs, and membership services. Because these products involve digital access and service delivery, our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with standard e-commerce protections.
Digital Downloads: All sales of downloadable content (e.g., spreadsheets, templates, PDFs) are final and non-refundable once files have been accessed or downloaded.
Online Courses & Programs:
For courses with a scheduled start date, cancellations received at least 7 days before the start date will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee.
For courses with immediate access, refunds (less a $25 administrative fee) may be requested within 7 days of purchase if less than 25% of course content has been accessed.
Coaching Services: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been completed or scheduled.
Fractional CFO
Memberships: Onboarding fees are refundable within 48 hours of purchase. Early membership cancellation during the first year incurs a fee based on time elapsed. Membership renews month-to-month after first year unless canceled.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Completed Services: Once services or deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued.

Affiliates Disclosure
Some links are affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you purchase through them. This does not affect your purchase price or our objectivity.
